Earlier this year we took an exciting step across the pond and launched PSR Talent Solutions in the US. After 21 years building PSR Solutions across the UK, this felt like the right time to take what we do into a new market.
We've been live since February, focusing on the Texas civil infrastructure sector - a growing market with major projects, strong contractors and a real need for good people who understand the sector.
What we're building is based on the same things that have always mattered to me: good people, honest conversations, doing things properly and building relationships that last. We've got some of our most dedicated team members involved, and I'm proud to see them taking that same approach into Texas.
